Education: B.S., Aerospace Engineering Georgia Institute of Technology, 1971, M.S., Mechanical Engineering Stanford University, 1980

Military: Army ROTC Scholarship, U.S, Army 1st Lieutenant Ordnance Corps Army Commendation Medal

Professional Experience: 1975 - Present, Staff Mechanical Engineer
Lockheed Martin Missiles and Space

Mechanical engineering design, analysis, manufacturing and test of spacecraft and missile mechanisms and structures. Project management experience with proposals, cost and schedule management, supervision and contracts.

Retired in 2005. Currently consult part-time.

Junior Achievement Advisor "Young Minds at Work" demonstrations and tours
High school advisor science projects including mechanical engineering and robotics applications.

Hobbies: Jogging, weight training, cycling, ballroom dancing, flying.
