Goals:
Maintain high quality public safety, parks and open space, and other city services.

Judiciously Manage Recovering City Budget which has potential for imminent  challenges:

Support and expand business rather than raise fees.

  –   Provide city services that improve residents' quality of life while maintaining a           balanced budget.

 Development in Mountain View:

  –   Quality market rate and affordable housing and commercial development based           on sustainable practices.

  –   Practical and effective zoning that supports neighborhoods and business.

  –   More efficient and economical review and approval processes.

 Compatible with existing neighborhoods.

Encourage reduced fossil fuel consumption, modern lighting, energy efficient utilities,  and water conservation.

Protect and increase parks and open space - no commercial developments in parks.

Enhance Community Emergency Response Teams (CERT) in preparation for major  disasters.

Continue my volunteer ethic supporting the community, sports and environmental  organizations.
